Deposits to your account can be made several different and convenient ways:
DEPOSIT NOW ACH TRANSFER
FREE electronic transfers from your bank account to your Nassau OTB wagering account.
Funds can be deposited immediately: up to $50 for the first 5 bank days, then up to $1,000 every 5 bank days. Contact Customer Service to apply for higher limits.
ACH is the best way to fund your account if you can’t get to your nearest OTB branch or Fast Track.

BY MAIL CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS

ONSITE CHECK AND MONEY ORDER DEPOSITS
Checks and money order deposits may be made by mail or in person at any Nassau OTB branch or, the Race Palace. RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to insufficient funds shall result in the account being locked until the deposit is covered. Please make sure to have enough funds available to cover each transaction, as your check will be deposited immediately. Nassau OTB reserves the right to utilize your personal account wagering funds to cover unpaid checks at its own discretion. Return check fees may apply.
DEPOSIT NOW CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD TRANSFER
Transfer funds from your MasterCard® or Visa® credit and debit card (if gambling transactions are permitted by your bank) to your Nassau OTB wagering account. Funds can be deposited immediately into your wagering account. The system is secure; we never store your card information and the information that is transferred is encrypted.

ONSITE CASH DEPOSIT
Cash or voucher deposits can be made at the self-service at any Nassau OTB branch, Fast Track location, or the Race Palace. To make a cash or cash voucher deposit at a self service terminal:
- Insert and remove your account card.
- Enter your PIN number.
- Deposit your cash voucher (or, if using a cash accepting machine, insert cash).
- Select the “deposit” button on the screen.
- When directed, insert your account card to confirm the transaction.
- Your new balance will be immediately posted to your account. Verify your balance.
- Begin wagering or select FINISH.
- You will be issued a receipt for your deposit.
Cash deposits can also be made at teller terminals at any Nassau OTB branch, or the Race Palace.
BY TELEPHONE OTBPay ACH TRANSFERS
ACH deposits from your bank account can be made by calling OTBPay.
Call 866-LOAD-OTB (866-562-3682). Press 3 to register by phone and make your first transfer.
Your funds will be available in your wagering account within a few minutes.
Availability of Funds:
There is no hold on funds.
Fees:
| $1.00 to $100 | $4.50 |
| $100 to $300 | 4.5% |
| $301 to $1,000 | 6.5% |
Limits:
The limit for a new customer’s first transaction is $100. Once your first ACH clears in 3 banking days, your limit is increased to $300. After additional transactions with OTBPay, your limit is increased to $1000. The limit is the maximum amount that is outstanding (i.e. has not yet cleared the banking network).
There is a limit of 2 deposits per day per customer.
Hours:
OTBPay is available Monday & Tuesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday thru Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Return Fees and Actions:
If an OTBPay ACH transaction is returned for any reason, the wagering account will be locked until the returned ACH is paid in full including the return fee of $50.00. Customers can pay with a credit/debit card at which time their wagering account and OTBPay privileges are reinstated immediately.
OTBPay is a product of Money Movers Of America, Inc. and has no corporate affiliation with Nassau OTB.
OTBPay is separate from Deposit Now ACH and any other funding method offered on nassauotb.com
